The Loam vs. the Rainier Gen 3 vs. the Ridge postUpdated 10 months ago

What's the difference between the three of our most popular internally routed MTB posts, you ask? It's a great question.

They are all cable actuated, and both the Loam and Rainier Gen3 come in multiple drops and diameters, but with the Loam you also get the advantage of an adjustable air cartridge. This can be adjusted, based on your personal preference for return rate. This also makes it a bit lighter, with a shorter seatpost insertion.

Both the Loam and Rainier Gen 3 use a 7075 alloy for a lightweight and stiff chassis, and include our Tool-Less Travel Adjust.

Our Ridge is also a super reliable option that comes in a more limited size run, either 31.6/125mm or 30.9/125mm), and is slightly heavier, but is a bit easier on the pocketbook!
