Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong component? No worries, it happens and we will be happy to help!

We can accept returns for new/unused gear within 30 days of your order date from our site for a refund or exchange for the correct size/item.

To initiate a return or exchange request and obtain a return label, please email Rider support at [email protected]

  • Domestic orders are subject to a $9 handling fee
  • Orders outside of the US (excluding UK) are subject to a $15 handling fee
  • For riders in the UK, please contact our UK based Rider Support Team at [email protected] for assistance with your exchanges or returns.
