Here are the details...

PNW Components® branded products covered by this warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, except for products that are identified as “PNW Cycled”, which instead are covered by a one year warranty. This warranty applies to all PNW Components branded products. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, improper installation,negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

Please note, the products eligible for the lifetime warranty are covered to the original owner and is not transferrable, for the lifetime of the product. Proof of purchase is required to validate warranty eligibility
